Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Leadership Consultant

Robert is a motivational and transformational consultant, coach and speaker. He has over two decades of leadership experience in the retail and financial services industries.

Robert’s leadership experience started with roles at Owens Corning and SAM's Club. His financial service career began at Bank of America where he served as a branch manager and ultimately a Senior Vice President in mortgage operations. He continued his career in financial services at Capital One where he served as Director of Mortgage Sales Practices and President of the African American Resource Group. 

In 2017 Robert started RHJ Consulting Group, LLC. His practice specializes in helping organizations and individuals design practical yet transformative DEI, belonging and leadership strategies. The team consists of certified diversity, equity & inclusion practitioners and experienced business leaders with in-depth knowledge and experience in leadership, culture transformation and business strategy. 

He is a proven leader, coach and facilitator with a passion and focus on developing and inspiring individuals, teams and organizations to achieve their best. Robert's presentation style is well suited for audiences of all sizes; his delivery is engaging, informative and entertaining.  

In his career and life, he consistently demonstrates his commitment to leadership and development by coaching, mentoring, and sponsoring others. 

A native Floridian, Robert is a graduate of Florida Memorial University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In 2018, he completed the Certificate in Leadership program at Southern Methodist University (Dallas, Texas)
